Shipping

We offer shipping to the UK & USA online. If you would like your item shipped to another country please email us and we will give you a tailored cost. We always ship using a tracked service. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking information. If you can’t find tracking information, then please contact us on hello@beniceprojects.store.

We charge £6 for an unframed print and £12 for a framed print. Costs are per item not for the whole basket.

Our orders are processed and dispatched in up to 7 working days.

Factors which could delay delivery times include:

  • Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address
  • Failed delivery attempts (i.e. no one home to receive the order)
  • If there is a long delay with your order then please contact us at hello@beniceprojects.store and we will deal with this as best we can

PACKAGING

All prints and framed prints are carefully packaged.

Our unframed prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes.

All framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

It is extremely rare for breakages or damages to occur, as our packaging solution has been refined many times. On the rare occasion when damage does happen, we ask for photographic evidence and then we will strive to organise collection and replacement immediately.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the charitable nature of Be Nice Projects, we will only offer a return and refund or exchange if the product has been damaged on delivery. For this we will need photo evidence of any damage before we can authorise and process your return. If this is the case please contact us by emailing hello@beniceprojects.store within 14 days of receiving an order and we will be happy to process a return - refund or exchange. Items will have to be returned to our UK address. Please send proof of delivery to our email address and we will reimburse the delivery cost. We would recommend you send your return with a tracked service. The item must be returned in original condition and in its original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will process a refund or exchange.
